(17/18) Team Ice Select Olmeda - Eddie Olmeda & Travis Hobbensiefken

Eddie Olmeda, from Blythewood, SC, originally played at Lancaster. There, he achieved first team all-conference, along with runner-up conference player of the year. He coached a legion team in SC last summer, and he is currently playing at Johnson University. Travis is from Chino, CA, where he played at Mt. San Antonio College. He also has experience playing within the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. Eddie and Travis both went on to play at Johnson University, as they now seek to help coach younger athletes. Each of these athletes have many accolades throughout their careers, and our players connect with their knowledge of the game impeccably. Eddie and Travis both strive to develop their players with their knowledge, along with all of their experiences within the game of baseball. Our 17/18 teams will consistently give guys opportunities for, and/or send guys to play collegiately after they finish their final high school seasons.

(17/18) Ice White Swigert - Matthew Swigert & Jaxon Adams

Matthew played at Oak Ridge High School, where he then went on to play at King University. He brings great knowledge and experience as an outstanding athlete throughout his career. Matthew is committed to sharing his knowledge of the game to our athletes while providing them with opportunities to take their game to the next level. His assistant, Jaxon Adams, grew up playing with Matthew as well at Oak Ridge, and they both bring great energy that our players feed off of and thrive from!

(16) Team Ice Cusey - Nolan Cusey & David Grimes

Nolan Cusey, originally from Dana Point, California, began collegiately at Irvine Valley College. He went on to further and complete his collegiate career at Johnson University. Nolan will help manage Ice Baseball as we are expanding our reach into Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Athens areas moving forward, but for now, he will coach our 16u Team Ice. As an incredible athlete, and with his vast experiences and intelligence of this game, we are excited to have Nolan in a major role with Ice Baseball. His assistant, David Grimes, will provide a ton of help towards the pitching side with the team’s development there. He played at Knoxville Central High School where he is currently committed to play collegiately. This team has all the potential for something special!

(16) Ice White Wessel - Cole Wessel & Chris Peters

Cole Wessel and Chris Peters both attended Knoxville Central High School. Cole furthered his collegiate career while he currently plays at Milligan University, and Chris is currently playing at Roane State Community College. Each of these coaches are incredible, not just athletically, but also as people. Come see for yourself and take advantage of all of the great qualities they have to offer!

(15) Team Ice Vest - Luke Vest & Blake Courson

Luke Vest is our owner of Ice Baseball. He played at Johnson, where he went on to become an assistant coach. He is now coaching at Hardin Valley Academy. Luke is committed to preparing athletes to develop and compete moving forward, as well as providing athletes with the opportunity to play at the next level with his connections across the southeast. His pitching coach, Blake Courson, is the current bullpen coach and director of baseball operations at Johnson University. This team has the potential to take our program to the next level.

(14) Team Ice Pointer - Jacob Pointer & Brandon Casteel

Jacob played at Knoxville Central High School, and Brandon played at William Blount High School. Jacob went on to play at Roane State Community College, and Brandon went on to play at Bryan College where he plays currently. Jacob has experience coaching, which we believe is very valuable for our younger age groups. Brandon, still playing collegiately, has a vast variety of skills, and will bring plenty of energy every day. They each know the game inside-and-out in all different aspects, and they are committed to the goals of our program. Each of these coaches strive to show kindness and respect to those who are involved, and they coach in a great manner.

(13/14) Ice White Sparks - Jax Sparks, Cameron Dillon, & Ty Sowards

Jax, Cameron, and Ty played high school baseball together at Hardin Valley Academy. Jax is committed to Tennessee Tech University, while Cameron and Ty are both committed to Pellissippi State Community College. Each of these guys are excited to go into the next chapter of their lives and share their knowledge and experiences to the youth! Come check out these guys and how much they’ll be able to develop and energize our guys for Ice!

(13) Team Ice Lyons - Tre Lyons & Noah Lyons

Tre and Noah are brothers, and both played at Knoxville Central High School. Tre is currently playing at Johnson University, and Noah is committed to play for Milligan University. Tre has multiple years of experience coaching at this age group and with us, and each have a plan to follow a successful path within and through our program. Tre aims to be a leader by example, especially being someone that these players who are younger can look up to. He is bringing along valuable knowledge and experiences within baseball, and he strives to do an excellent job in developing his athletes.

(11) Ice White Tremblay - Jacob Tremblay & Matthew Hebar

Jacob Tremblay and his assistant, Matthew Hebar, played at South Doyle High School. Jacob went on to play at Johnson University, and Matthew went on to play at Alice Lloyd College. Each of these coaches bring experience and a wide, diverse, variety of skills and knowledge for each player to learn at their own pace. We believe these two coaches fit in wonderfully with our younger age groups, and we can’t wait for you all to experience all that they have to offer!

(9/10) Ice White Lewis - Andrew Lewis, Aidan Murphy, & Boone Fields

Andrew Lewis, Boone Fields, and Aidan Murphy all attended Hardin Valley Academy, where Andrew and Aidan made the decision to continue their academic and athletic careers at Pellissippi State Community College. Boone is currently playing at Carson-Newman University. Each of these coaches are ready to provide an amazing amount of energy every practice and game while being able to connect to these athletes on a real level.
